I’M SALMA

Before I flew the corporate gilded cage I worked for the David and the Goliath’s of the Tech sector. It had its moments, but in 2003 I had my ‘GET ME OUT OF HERE!’ moment so I started to work on my great escape plan. I dived back into my degree and obsession for positive psychology and re-invented myself. Worked out what I was good at, what kind of customers I wanted to work with and how to make $$$. For the first few years of my business 100% of my work was 1:1 coaching which was great but I wanted to scale up. I craved the energy of the in-person group experience and wanted to share my work with a wider audience.

Fast forward to today since 2006 I have run in-person workshops across different cultures locally and globally for thousands of participants. Today I have a thriving coaching and training business.

I’m a Londoner (the suburban kind), can hold my own in an 80’s pop quiz, George Michael devotee, addicted to salted caramel cookies and a last-minute seat of the pants plate spinning mum.
